なぜこのページが要るのか いまキャンセル規定は「要確認」の3文字で、各商品ページに散らばっています。これは公開できない状態です。Oku Japan（奥ジャパン）は予約前FAQに What happens if I need to cancel? と What financial security do I have? を独立項目で置き、Walk Japan は Booking Conditions を単独ページに切っています。
欧米豪の旅行者は、規定が読めない商品を「まだ売っていない」と判断します。20万円の商談ではとくにそうです。
このページの黄色い「要確認」は、そのままビューローで決めていただく項目の一覧です。金額や日数の例を書いている箇所がありますが、これは決めるべき値の「形」をお見せしているだけで、こちらが決めたものではありません。
TWO WAYS TO BOOK
Which one applies depends on the experience.
Short experiences are booked through our booking system. Longer ones are planned with us first. Every experience page says which it is, in words rather than colour.
要確認 How far the booking system takes you — whether the payment is completed online or on the day — is being confirmed. Until it is, every button on this site reads Check availability rather than Book now.
Booked through the booking system
Two to four hours, from ¥11,000. You choose a date and the number of people and check what is available, without having to write to us first.
要確認 Whether the price and the remaining places are shown, and whether payment is completed at that point, depends on the booking system's current setup.
Planned with us first
A full day or two days, from ¥99,000. You send a request, we reply within two working days with the dates we can run it and a quote for your party, and only then do you confirm. No payment is taken when you send the request.
いま確定しているのは「2層あること」だけです 予約の窓口（Bókun）を通す商品と、相談から入る商品の2つに分かれる——ここまでは決まっています。その窓口でどこまで完了するか（価格・残席の表示、オンライン決済の可否、現地払いの有無）は未確認です。現契約のプランと在庫・決済の設定を確認するまで、「その場で購入できます」とは書けません。英語本文の側も「確認中」で揃えています。
なぜここに 色ではなく語で層を分けています。色だけで分けると、色が見えにくい方に伝わりません。
1.1万円の体験を「まずご相談ください」から始めさせると、買える方を取り逃がします。逆に20万円・2日間を、日程も人数も相談せずにお申し込みになる方はいません。だから2つに分けます。

なぜここに ご相談型でいちばん多い離脱の理由は「送ったあと、どうなるか分からない」です。4行で答えれば消えます。
ビデオ面談を項目に立てたのは、Yamabushido の実例があるからです。20万円・2日間で、案内する人と一度も話さずに申し込む方はほとんどいません。1本の通話が成約率と当日の満足度を両方上げます。運用として持てるかどうかのご判断をいただきたい箇所です。

なぜここに Walk Japan は価格をJPYで出し、換算は「参考値です（indicative only）」と断ったうえで別に置いています。これが正しい形です。サイト側で他通貨を「確定価格」のように出すと、決済額とずれて必ず苦情になります。
「現地払いは現金のみか」は、吉野では特に重要です。町に現金のみの店がある以上、書いていないと当日に困ります。
単独参加の行を立てました。欧米の個人旅行のうち相当数が単独です。「2名〜」で終わらせず、必ず別の道を示します。

なぜここに キャンセル規定が無いまま公開することはできません。これは体裁の問題ではなく、欧米豪では「読めない＝まだ売っていない」と判断されるためです。
2層に分けているのは、原価の構造が違うからです。1.1万円のカヌーは代わりの参加者が入りますが、20万円の貸切2日間は入りません。同じ規定にすると、どちらかが必ず不利になります。
「受け付けた時刻をどこで確定するか」は、実務で必ず揉める点です。時差のある相手と日数で返金率が変わる取引をする以上、先に決めておきます。
IF WE CANCEL

なぜここに 「最少催行人数」の行が、このページで最も効きます。Walk Japan は商品ページに We have no minimum group size. If we accept a booking we guarantee to run the tour. と書いています。
海外から2泊3日の旅程を組む方にとって、「人が集まらなければ中止」は予約できない条件です。吉野が同じ約束をできるかどうかは、案内できる方の人数の問題なので、ご判断をいただきたい箇所です。できるなら、これは強力な差別化になります。
「代わりのガイドを立てられるか」も正直に書きます。修験道は特定の方に依存する商品なので、そこは書いておくほうが誠実です。

なぜここに ここは問い合わせを減らすためではなく、争いを減らすために書きます。とくに「人数が減った場合」は、貸切商品で必ず起きる話です。
日程変更が無料であれば、それは書く価値のある強みです。天候に左右される山の商品を、渡航前に押さえてもらうための材料になります。
INSURANCE
What is covered, and what you need to bring yourself.

- Travel insurance for your trip as a whole, including medical treatment in Japan and repatriation

- Cover for cancellation, so that a change of plan does not fall on you

なぜここに 「Insurance」の1語では欧米には通りません。いま各商品ページの含まれるもの一覧に「Insurance」とだけ書かれていますが、何がどこまで補償されるのかが読み取れません。
「標高」を要確認に立てたのは、実務的な理由です。欧米の旅行保険には標高で補償が切れる商品があり、山岳ルートを申し込む方は最高地点の標高を見て自分の保険を確認します。この数字が無いと、慎重な方ほど申し込めません。

個人情報の行は、同意バナーの話とは別です。クッキーを使わない方針であっても、氏名とメールをお預かりする以上、何に使うかを送信前に示す義務（GDPR 第13条）は残ります。プライバシー方針のページは別途必要です。
