The Yoshino Visitors Bureau is a local organisation and a licensed travel agency in Yoshino, Nara. The guides who take you up the mountain live and work on it.
なぜこのページが要るのか Oku Japan・Walk Japan・Much Better Adventures の3社が全員持っていて、いまの吉野に1枚も無いページです。Walk Japan は旅行業のライセンス番号まで出しています。
信頼の土台 見ず知らずの海外サイトに20万円の申込をするかどうかは、商品説明ではなく「これは誰なのか」が答えられているかで決まります。いまの吉野のサイトには、運営者の正式名称も、所在地も、登録番号も、どこにも出ていません。

WHO WE ARE
A local organisation, not an agency in a city somewhere.
The bureau exists to look after visitors to Yoshino and to keep the town's tourism working. We are registered as a travel agency, which means we can arrange, guide and sell the experiences on this site ourselves rather than passing you to someone else.

What we do
We plan and run guided experiences in Yoshino ourselves — walking, forest, canoe, craft and Shugendo. Because we are the area's own tourism organisation and a registered travel agency, we can put the parts of a visit together: experiences, guides, local transport and, where it is needed, a night's stay.
We also talk to the temples, artisans and inns here directly. That is the part you cannot do from outside Japan.
What we do not do
We hold no rooms of our own. For a straightforward night in Yoshino you book with the inn directly, and we will tell you which ones suit your plan rather than take a commission on it. We are not an online travel agency and we do not resell flights.
DMOの強みを、ここに置きました 商談用テキストにある「宿泊・体験・ガイド・交通の一括手配」「寺社・事業者への直接交渉」は、個人のお客様にとっても相談する理由そのものです。「自分では手配できないもの」があると分かって、初めてご相談の価値が立ちます。
「できないこと」も並べて書きます 黙っているのではなく「在庫は持っていない」と書くほうが、欧米の読者には誠実に見えます。Intrepid が「向いていない人」を売り込みの文章のなかに置いているのと同じ設計です。
書き分けの確認をお願いします 前の版は「宿泊は扱わない」と言い切っていましたが、これは商談テキストの「一括手配」と食い違います。「在庫は持たないが、行程の一部としては手配できる」という整理でよいか、また個人のお客様にどこまで同じことができるかをご確認ください。商談テキストは旅行会社向けに書かれたもので、そのまま個人のお客様に当てはまるとは限らないためです。

Three guides work in English
Guiding here is done by a small number of people who live in Yoshino and the surrounding valleys, and who walk these paths in every season, not only in blossom week. Three of them work in English.
Qualifications
Two of the bureau's guides hold canoe instructor certification for the experience on Lake Tsuburo.
Language
Enquiries are answered in English by staff at the bureau, including a member of staff from the United States. Whether every guided departure runs in English depends on the experience, and each experience page says so.
資格名が信頼になります 欧米では「certified」ではなく「どの団体の資格か」まで書くのが普通です（Much Better Adventures は "Expert, English-speaking local guides" と断言しています）。カヌーの指導員資格は既に2名お持ちなので、団体名を1語足すだけで効きます。
英語対応の範囲は正直に 「English, Japanese」とだけ書くと、全便英語対応と読まれます。全員でないなら、どの商品が保証されるかを書くほうが、当日の落胆を防げます。

調査からの提案です。欧米の事業者サイトを見て、いますぐ書けて、いちばん効くものが2つありました。催行の保証と事業者の身元です。どちらも撮影も開発も要りません。
Walk Japan は商品ページにこう書いています ── We have no minimum group size. If we accept a booking we guarantee to run the tour.
「人が集まらなければ中止」は、海外から2泊3日を組む方にとって予約できない条件です。吉野が同じ約束をできるかどうかは、案内できる方が3名という体制の問題なので、ご判断をいただきたい箇所です。できるなら、これは強い差別化になります。できないなら、代わりに「いつまでに催行の可否をお知らせするか」を書きます。どちらでも、黙っているより売れます。

If you are deciding whether to trust this site with a booking, these are the pages you would normally read first. We would rather show you that they are missing than pretend they are not needed.
返信期限は、決まってから書きます 「2営業日以内に返信」と各ページに書いていましたが、その運用が合意された事実を確認できていませんので、いったん外しました。返信の目安は、決めていただければ強い材料になります——欧米豪の読者は「いつ返ってくるか分からない窓口」に長文の相談を書きません。1営業日でも5営業日でも、書いてあることのほうが効きます。
プライバシー方針は必須です EU居住者から個人データを取る以上、GDPR第13条の求めにより、利用目的・保存期間・問い合わせ窓口の提示が要ります。これはクッキー同意バナーとは別の話で、バナーを出さない方針でも消えません。
