The guiding here is done by a small number of people who live under this mountain. On the longer experiences, one of them is with you and no one else — which is most of what you are paying for, and the reason we would rather introduce them than describe them.

なぜこのページが要るのか 欧米豪の方が日本の地方に求めるものでいちばん特徴が強く出るのは「深く学び、教養を高めたい」です（`research-overseas-perception.md`）。学ぶ相手が誰かは、付帯情報ではなく商品そのものです。
Oku Japan（奥ジャパン）も Walk Japan も Staff Profiles を持っています。吉野には氏名が1つも出ていませんでした。10万円〜20万円の商品で、いちばん高い判断材料が空欄のままだった、ということです。
現地に英語対応のガイドが3名いると伺いました（伝聞）。3という有限で、名前を出せる人数なので、構成の中心に据えられます。
以下の3名は、その構成を見ていただくための見本です。実在の方の情報が入ったときに、どの項目がどう並ぶかを判断していただくためのものです。

We would rather tell you that than imply a bench of guides who are not there. Each of them does something else on this mountain when they are not guiding — which is the reason they are worth walking with.

A practising yamabushi. He was born in the valley, took his vows in his twenties, and still walks the training route outside the guiding season. Guiding is not his profession — the practice is.

She grew up in a forestry family and spent nine years in Osaka before coming back. She works with the people who plant the cedar, make the paper and press the kudzu, and she is the one who will tell you why a tree planted now is not for the person who plants it.

He moved here from Nara city seven years ago for the lake and stayed for the valley. He paddles Lake Tsuburo year-round, rides the river road most mornings, and is the person to ask if you want a day that gets your heart rate up.

3人の住み分け 見本では「修験道と精神文化」「森と手仕事と食」「水とアクティビティ」の3つに分けました。全員が同じ顔だと、3人いる意味が構成に出ません。
担当する体験は、実在の12件から割り当てています。商品まで創作はしていません。実際に誰が何を担当されているかは要確認で、ここは見本の割り当てです。
項目の順は Oku Japan・Walk Japan の Staff Profiles に合わせました。「何をしている人か → なぜこの土地を案内できるのか → 言語 → 担当する体験 → 資格」。
「なぜこの土地を案内できるのか」が、欧米向けでいちばん効きます。資格ではなくその人とこの土地の関係が読まれます。見本でも「生まれ育った／9年大阪にいて戻った／7年前に移住した」と3通りの関わり方を書き分けています。
資格は「certified」で止めず、団体の正式名称まで書きます。欧米では資格名そのものが信頼になります。
引用は、実在の方には必ずご本人の言葉を使います。見本の3文はこちらで書いたものです。
A SMALL ROSTER
Three is not many. That is worth saying out loud.
On the private experiences, one person is with your party for the whole day, or for two days. While they are with you, they are not guiding anyone else and they are not doing their own work.
That is why these experiences cost what they cost, why the dates are limited, and why we ask you to send a request rather than book instantly.
It also means that if you want a particular time of year, earlier is much better than later.

3人という人数は、弱点ではなく希少性として書けます。ただし書き方を誤ると「予約が取れない場所」になります。「席が少ない」ではなく「この人の一日を押さえる」という言い方にしています。
「代わりを立てられるか」は正直に書きます。修験道のように特定の方に依存する商品は、代わりが立たないはずです。そこを書いておくほうが、当日の変更で失望されるより誠実です。
Walk Japan は「Limited Availability: 1 Place」と残席を数字で出しています。3人体制なら、その表示は飾りではなく実態になります。

修験道の商品を案内される方が、英語対応3名に含まれるのかどうかは、特に重要です。含まれない場合、あの商品の英語対応をどう組むか（通訳を付けるのか、英語の資料で補うのか）が別の論点になります。
Guiding Service Only（ガイド単体）を誰が受けられるかも、埋まると「行程は自分で組みたいが日本語が不安」という欧米の個人旅行の方に売れる形になります。

運用の論点をひとつ。個人名と顔を出すと、その方が辞めたときにサイトの改修が発生します。それでも出すべきだと考えています ── 10万円〜20万円の商品で、案内する人が匿名のままでは値段が説明できないからです。
ただし「誰がいつ直すか」を先に決めておかないと、古い人の顔が残り続けます。第3章の管理画面と同じ扱いで決めておきたい点です。
掲載の範囲も、お一人ずつ確認します。「名前は良いが顔は困る」という方がいても不思議ではありません。その場合は後ろ姿と手元（P-20）で組みます。
